SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items are shipped from our warehouse based in Manchester, UK. Our team will begin processing your order within 1-3 working days. You will be notified via email when your goods are due for shipment. Standard UK delivery takes 5-7 working days.
Please allow 3 working days before contacting us regarding the shipment of your goods.
UK (Domestic): £3.95 or FREE for orders over £60
Rest of the World (International): £14.50 or FREE for orders over £120

Items ordered as Christmas gifts can be exchanged up until January 10th 2020.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your order for refund/exchange, please return your goods with a reference of your order number and whether you would like a refund/exchange. Please make sure your goods are in their original condition, including with any packaging and tags. Our delivery address is:

All returns/exchanges are paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Alphalab Apparel.
You have the right to cancel items ordered from www.alphalab-apparel.com within 30 days from delivery and receive a refund. However:
To cancel items ordered you must notify us by letter or email within 30 days of delivery. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and we will pursue our right of action against customers who breach this duty. We ask that any items are returned unused, with their original and unopened packaging.
We will assume you have accepted the goods 30 days after they have been delivered unless you tell us about any complaints within that period. If you, your agents, employees or licensees have opened, used or defaced the goods, we will count this as accepting the goods.
We are not liable for, will not refund and cannot accept any responsibility for any of the following:
a) Any goods which have been repaired, defaced or altered by www.alphalab-apparel.com.
c) Any goods which, in our opinion, have been subject to any accident or to damage or which have been improperly stored, maintained or used.
d) Any direct loss or damage except the liabilities we have already mentioned.
e) Is not in a re-sellable condition.
Refunds will not be processed until goods have been received back in stock.
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If a discount was applied to the original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
